TORONTO — Ontario is reporting 613 new cases of COVID-19 today, and no new deaths.

Health Minister Christine Elliott says 159 of those cases are in fully vaccinated people, and the rest are either unvaccinated or their vaccination status isn’t known.

There are 184 people in intensive care units due to COVID-19 – seven of them are fully vaccinated, 11 are partially vaccinated, 102 are unvaccinated, and the vaccination status of 64 people isn’t known.

Today there were 135 new school-related cases reported, with the majority in students.

More than one third of today’s new cases are in people aged 20-39.

About 86 per cent of eligible Ontarians have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine and about 80 per cent have received both.

  1. I wish they would just report those sick enough to be hospitalized and died. Close only counts in horse shoes . I not making light of the fact that Covid -19 is a terrible pandemic and has killed thousands of people in Canada. It’s beginning to feel like the pandemic has become a Political tool being used by the Government to pass laws and to restrict the Charter of Rights and Freedoms in Canada. It seems that Canada is being controlled by Covid-19 when it should be the other way around , we have Covid-19 in check and we are moving forward with our lives.

  2. Because you’re not considered ‘fully vaccinated’ until 14-days after your second dose.. it’s all a shell-game of bogus mathematics & cleverly dressed word-salads.

Wake up people, we’re being lied to & it’s killing us.. you can’t blame the UN-vaccinated for a vaccine that doesn’t work, but they certainly are trying.

    • The second dose part is about to change … the carrot is receding… third dose… fourth dose…

      Endless variants

When cases surge and we go back into lockdown this winter, nobody will put two and two together that lockdowns don’t work

You will be told again, and again, to Trust the Science™
