On October 5, 2021 officers with Patrol Services charged 30-year-old Justin Graham with theft under $5,000.
Around 11:40 a.m. the accused attended a business in the 200 block of McNabb Street and left with a welder without attempting to pay for it. The welder is valued at approximately $370. Store security apprehended him and held him for police.
Upon arrival, officers spoke with the accused and he identified himself. Further investigation revealed he provided a false name. Officers also discovered the accused was wanted on a Warrant for Witness regarding an unrelated court case as well three Warrants for Arrest in relation to other incidents. During a subsequent search of the accused, officers located approximately 1.36 grams of a substance believed to be methamphetamine.
He is charged with theft under $5,000, possession of property obtained by crime, obstructing a peace officer, possession of a controlled substance, breach of probation by not keeping the peace and fail to comply with an undertaking by attending the business.
He was held for bail court and remanded into custody. He is scheduled to appear in court on October 8, 2021.

Most of the crime going on seems directly related to drug addiction but the mayor is unconcerned about this and many other more important issues as long as his ridiculously overpriced downtown criminal hangout plaza goes forward.
This messed up city and council should be deeply ashamed of their never ending poor decisions.
