
At approximately 6:20 p.m. this evening, emergency services were called to a west end intersection for reports of a motor vehicle collision.
Upon arrival at the corner of St. Georges Avenue and Wellington Street West the observed two vehicles which had collided in the middle of roadway.

Paramedics could be seen treating at least one individual while firefighters worked to secure the vehicles involved.
Sault Police Services had officers on scene as well.

Penalties for the infractions that cause these collisions must be doubled up on demerit points so if you have a second offense you lose your license for two years. A third offense for life.
