Immerse yourself in local eats and arts this fall with Savour the Season. Month-long festival features culinary experiences paired with local music, theatre and arts.
Savour the Season is pleased to announce an exciting return to live music, theatre, and arts performances with its month-long festival this fall in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario.
The Algoma Fall Festival, the Algoma Conservatory of Music, the Westend Theatre Project, the Algoma Repertory Theatre and the Sault Symphony Orchestra have joined up to celebrate the local culinary and performing arts scenes in Sault Ste. Marie.
Savour The Season will showcase local culinary and artistic talent between Oct. 15 and Nov. 14. The month-long series of events features seasonal menus and live performances across the city, in an effort to reinvigorate the arts, culture and heritage sector in Sault Ste. Marie after a long, 18-month hiatus due to COVID-19.
During Savour the Season, immerse yourself in the magic of the Algoma Fall Festival’s Celtic Celebration and performances by the Sault Symphony Orchestra. Or you can grab front row seats to the Algoma Repertory Theatre’s Evil Dead The Musical or the Westend Theatre Project’s All Together Now, a global event celebrating local theatre which includes more than 50 local performers and raises funds for the Sault Community Theatre Centre.
Savour The Season is also your chance to be one of the first to experience THE LOFT at the Algoma Conservatory, a stunning new venue where pianist David Jalbert, among others, will perform.
“I’m thrilled to see all of the arts organizations working together to bring live performances back to Sault Ste. Marie. “For the Algoma Conservatory it’s going to be an exciting season with the launch of The Loft!” said Guy Traficante, Artistic Director, Algoma Conservatory Concerts.
Participating restaurants are working on the culinary experiences they will include to delight your taste buds, so stay tuned as they unveil their special ‘Savour the Season’ prix fixe menu! Dine at Giovanni’s, View Restaurant and Casey’s.
