Keynote Speaker Katherine D. Dudtschak
Katherine (Katie) Dudtschak leads RBC’s eight personal and business regions in Canada. This
includes more than 20,000 advisors in branches and business centres, and industry-leading
specialist teams such as Commercial Banking, Financial Planning, Investment and Retirement
Planners and Mortgage Specialists.
She has more than 30 years of experience at RBC and has held a variety of executive roles across the P&CB network and head office including Strategy, Human Resources, Distribution Strategy, Operations, Group Risk Management and Regional President
Our Panelists
Ila Watson had a successful 20-year career in various leadership roles in the Ontario Public Service in Sault Ste. Marie and Toronto before moving into healthcare. Ila joined Sault Area Hospital in 2009 as Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. Ila’s portfolio included leadership of Strategic Planning, Communications, Transformation, Enterprise Risk and Volunteer Resources. Throughout her time at SAH, Ila has been a valuable member of many initiatives, including the team responsible for the development of the new hospital and the executive lead for strategic planning and building SAH’s iCcare way. Some accomplishments she is most proud of include SAH’s new vision: Trusted Partner. Outstanding Care. and ensuring SAH’s commitment to involving Patient and Family Advisors in key hospital decisions.
Monique Morrison is the Founder of Jeronamo Digital Solutions, Success with Digital and Moonbeam Healing. She is a huge supporter of training and educating on all things marketing for her community. She’s been able to consistently drive revenue growth for her clients. As a Certified Trainer and ELITE Coach with DigitalMarketer, she’s able to take complex ideas and explain them in easy to understand terms.
Monique’s mission with Moonbeam Healing is to assist as many as possible to live a more mindful life and to connect to spirit through crystals, meditation & other mediums.
Mary Wabano-McKay is Vice President, Nyaagaaniid – Anishinaabe Initiatives, Equity and Student Success at Algoma University; leading the development of institutional policies and processes to advance Indigenous education within the post-secondary sector. She has over 20 years of experience in academic leadership. She works towards reshaping educational landscapes to fit the dynamic and ever changing needs of today’s post-secondary learners. With a strong focus in Indigenous education, her experience spans mental health, justice, Indigenous studies, policy and administration as an advocate, analyst and director.
Tiffany Caicco MA, RP, DVATI (RYT-500) is a seasoned yoga teacher, registered psychotherapist, professional art therapist, holds a certificate in Thanatology (Death and Dying), and an advanced certification in Buddhist Psychology with a concentration in Compassion. Tiffany is also an experienced and educated meditation teacher qualified to teach MBSR (mindfulness-based stress reduction) and is registered with Yoga Alliance as an advanced yoga teacher E-RYT (500). Tiffany has a private practice called The Soul Compass where she specializes in holistic healing for grief and loss, trauma, attachment issues, chronic pain, anxiety complexities, and depression.
