In response to the escalating COVID-19 active cases in our communities, Algoma Family Services will be closing our offices to the public for a two-week period.
This action is taken to ensure the safety of the children, youth, adults and families that access services in our buildings, and also our staff. Virtual services will be provided during this time, as well in-person services for those most in need. Our offices are closed effective today Monday, December 6th with the anticipation
of reopening December 20th, 2021 with the exception of our McNabb Street office which is under construction and will reopen January 10th, 2022.
Please DO NOT attend our office for service, unless you have a scheduled in-person
appointment. If you require services during this time please call your counsellor, the
office (705) 945-5050, or 1 (800) 461-2237 and arrangements will be made for a
telephone or virtual service.
We apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding. All citizens of Algoma and visitors are encouraged to do their part in reducing community spread of COVID-19.
