Collision slows Great Northern Road (Photos)

At approximately 7 p.m. this evening, emergency services were called to reports of a collision in the central part of the city.

When crews arrived they found three vehicles involved in a serious collision. Two vehicles were blocking different portions of the Great Northern Road and McNabb intersection. The third appeared to have got caught up and received less serious damage than the first two.

Police, Fire and Paramedics tended to the incident. The intersection was slowed and remains so at this hour.

  1. Disrespectful drivers in this town. All they want to do it get to the place as fast as they can for there next hit up or hook up.

  2. This is what I’ve been saying all along. Bad drivers in this town are the worst threat to public safety in our city. Yet Police Chief does nothing to prevent it. All he cares about is his photo ops.

    • So should we hire a thousand cops and put them on every street to see an accident before it happens? SMH !! Maybe try charging the drivers and taking their licenses away if deemed at fault !!! Take it up with the laws of the land
