Kid’s toys dotted the intersection and airbags were deployed on multiple vehicles after a collision occurred in the central part of the city.
Emergency services responded to the intersection of McNabb Street and Lake Street around 7:30 p.m. after numerous 911 calls came in for a five-vehicle collision at the intersection.
Multiple ambulances, police units and fire trucks were dispatched to the scene.
Upon arrival one individual did need to be extricated from their vehicle, however, all other drivers and occupants appeared to have been able to walk away.
The intersection is blocked in all directions and will be until four of the vehicles are towed from the scene.
Avoid the area if at all possible.
