I reported a few weeks ago that I thought the real winter weather would hit us in February – and so far that seems to be the case with this three day forecast.
Today, an abundance of sunshine and cold temps. Increasing clouds later tonight.
The coldest air yet will settle in for the remainder of the week , giving us a threat of lake effect snow and snow squalls. Thursday will give us some very cold wind chills. Keep the snow blowers handy because we could see another 5 to 10 cm by Friday.
The overnight lows will dip to -30c the next few nights.
