Detectives in Investigation Services are actively investigating an assault which is believed to have happened around 1:00 p.m. on May 12, 2023.
The assault took place on East Street, near the Art Gallery of Algoma.
The Sault Ste. Marie Police Service is requesting anyone who was in the area at that time to please contact police to provide any information you have about the incident.
