Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial arts form that has many variations. It is a set of 108 moves with some repeats of particular movements. It is good for improving balance, strength, endurance, memory and flexibility.
This class starts with ½ hour of exercises and practicing some of the movements from the set.
