    springThe countdown to spring is on! Until it arrives; kick those winter blues away with all the fun activities and crafts planned for the month of March.

    EVERY MONDAY

    Pre-registration for all programs is required. Call 705-254-6474 to register, payments are required one week prior to each event or program.

    10:00 a.m. Snooker – Played downstairs each day Monday to Friday between the hours of 10:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. The cost to play is $7.00 per week. Drop in anytime to visit the pool room.

    10:30 a.m. A Form of Tai Chi (Mondays & Wednesdays, January 9th to May 31st) Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial arts form that has many variations. It is good for improving balance, strength, endurance, memory and flexibility.The cost is $2.00 per class.

    1:00 p.m.  Swedish Weaving (January 9th to May 29th) – Cost: $2.00 per visit

    1:00 p.m.  Knifty Knitters (January 9th to May 29th) – This is the perfect knitting tool for anyone whose fingers are sometimes stiff and painful.  Let the Knifty Knitter tool hold your work while you create hats, scarves and more.  We invite folks who are new to our Centre to join us to learn how to use the Knifty Knitter. Time: 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Cost: $1.00 per visit plus supplies

    7:00 p.m.  Duplicate Bridge
    Algoma Cambrian Bridge Club (ACBC) meet five times per week to play duplicate bridge and socialize. Cost: $3.00 per visit
