Stress Management 2.0 Workshop
Tuesday, February 4, 2020 (6:30 pm – 9:30 pm)
This three-hour workshop takes Stress Management to a level above just the basics. You do not need to have taken my original Stress Management workshops to take this one. This format is a slightly condensed version of the 4-week workshop format. This will be an informative and hopefully interactive class. We will be covering the following topics:
Building Resilience and Coping Skills
This goes beyond the basic Stress Management skills we already have and digs a little deeper into our nature, attitude and energy.
Journaling and Confidence
We will learn the benefits and journaling and how to start. We will also discuss ways to build our confidence and how we can use our journal to do this.
Happiness and Forgiveness
We will discuss the science behind these two concepts and how we can find both in our lives.
Gratitude and Moving Forward
This workshop will look at the science behind gratitude and the link to happiness, less stress and a positive mindset. We will then take everything we’ve covered over these workshops to plan where we go from here!
These workshops will be in my home studio. The cost is $45 and includes your journal. Max participants per session is 10. To register for this class, payment must be received by 3 days prior to the class date. Payment can be made via cash, cheque or e-transfer.
We have a lot of information to cover in three hours so we will only be taking a 5-10 minute break about halfway through. Feel free to bring a snack or beverage. Water and tea will be provided.
