Adult Ballet Course (Jan 8-29, 12:10 -12:55, $40) – This all levels ballet class is an efficient full body workout that focuses on creating a strong, lean, and toned physique. All Levels, Beginner Friendly
Belly Dance Course (Jan 10-31, Feb 28-March 28, 12:10-12:55pm, $40. Pre-registration required) – In this class you will learn the basic movements and isolation as well as the posture and styling of belly dance. Have fun and discover muscles you never knew you had! All Levels, Beginners welcome
Belly Dance Course (Jan 9-Feb 13, 7:30 – 8:45, $90/6 wks or $20/drop-in) Shimmy, shake, and body roll into belly dance!! Develop flexibility, strengthen abdominal muscles, and build upper body strength. This community driven style of movement will have your inner goddess shining bright! All Levels, Beginners welcome
Yoga & Meditation for Children Ages 7 & up (Jan 16-Mar 6, 6:30-7:15pm for $80. Pre-registration required) This course is designed to build mindfulness, body awareness and to boost concentration and confidence. Each week, the participants will practice different meditation techniques and yoga poses. We will teach some useful tools to help children manage their moods and stress in everyday lives. Parents are welcome to stay and observe or participate.
Kids Yoga for Children Ages 4 – 6 (Jan 21-Mar 4, 5:15-7:15pm, 6wk/$48). A playful yoga class for children aged 4-6 that focuses on learning simple yoga poses and breathing/relaxation techniques. Pre-registration required
Family Yoga for Adults+Children Ages 5 & Up (Jan 21-Feb 11, 6:00-7:00pm). $40 + tax for each child in the family. Mom, dad, grandparents, uncles and aunts come for free! Pre-registration required
What the OM~Intro to Yoga (Jan 22-Feb26, 5:15-6:15pm) No experience needed (stiff bodies and wandering minds are welcome!) Everyone is welcome (teens, seniors, prenatal …) Pre-registration required
Gentle Chair Yoga ( Jan 23-Feb13, 1:30-2:30pm, 4wk/$44) This 4 week course is designed for people who’d prefer to practice yoga poses in seated or standing positions, so there is no need to get down to the floor. Pre-registration required
Baby & Me Yoga ~ 3 mths~pre-crawling (Jan 23-Feb 27, 10:30-11:30am, 6wks/$66,) Caregivers will enjoy gentle poses designed for post-natal conditions to tone, stretch and relax while babies receive poses for digestion boost, body awareness and sleep aid. Also, meet with other caregivers, exchange ideas and find a sense of community. Bring a receiving blanket to use as baby’s yoga mat.
“Living Your Yoga-Finding Zen in Everyday Life” Course (Jan 24-Mar 7, 5:30-6:45pm, 7wk/$99), Pre-registration required
Toddler & Me Yoga Course for families w/children ages 1 – 3(Feb 1-Mar 8, 10:30-11:00am, 6wks/$48/child), Pre-registration required
MINDFULNESS~Intro to Meditation Course (Feb 13-Mar 6, 5:30-6:30pm $44/4 wks). The purpose of this class is to introduce meditation in a way that can be embraced and understood by all, with no religious, cultural, or spiritual overtones. Pre-registration required)
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course (Feb 25-Apr 15, 6:00-8:00pm, $150/8 wks) Mindful Meditation practice is a proven, effective treatment for many somatic conditions including anxiety, depression, panic disorder, chronic pain, cardiac recovery and other stress related disorders.
