Amélie Goudreau Yoga ~ Self-Compassion Workshop
Join Chey Johns and Amélie Goudreau in person and virtually for an exploration of self-compassion, self-love and self-acceptance. Together we will examine various holistic practices to cultivate authentic self-compassion.
This two-hour workshop includes guided meditation, light movement, discussions on the psychology of self-compassion, guided written reflection, and conversation.
You will need:
A yoga mat
A journal and writing utensil
Coloured pens and markers (optional)
