Chair Fitness

Seniors Active 55+ **Virtual** Chair Fitness Every Wednesday!

This class combines chair yoga and chair Pilates. You will work out from a sitting position which reduces the pressure on your; feet, hips, knees and lower back.

This class is perfect for those who cannot stand for long periods of time but want to exercise their whole body.

Light weights and Thera bands are used for various exercises.

Seniors ServicesWe would like to thank the Employment and Social Development Canada – New Horizons for Seniors Grant Program for supporting February programs.  There are over 34 programs available for you to participate in.  All programs in February have reduced fees or are free, but space is still limited so if you see a program you wish to take please ensure you register.
